I offer psychological therapy for individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Sessions are tailored to your needs and grounded in evidence-based approaches.
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to briefly discuss what you are looking for and to consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

Sessions are available online or in-person in Tynemouth (North Tyneside; please see photo), providing flexibility and accessibility to suit your individual needs.
